Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the AXIS VPN mobile application (the "Service") operated by AXIS VPN ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Description of Service
AXIS VPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our servers to enhance your privacy and security online.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of the Service require a paid Premium subscription.
Billing:
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly, monthly, or yearly).
Apple App Store:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation:
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use AXIS VPN only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to use the Service:
- To engage in any illegal activities or violate any local, national, or international law.
- To distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious software.
- To launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks or engage in hacking.
- To transmit spam or unsolicited mass communications.
- To access, download, or distribute child exploitation material.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service immediately if you violate this Acceptable Use Policy.
5. No-Logs Policy
We are committed to your privacy. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we do not log your browsing history, traffic destination, data content, or DNS queries.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your internet service provider or cellular network.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AXIS VPN, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
