At AXIS VPN, we believe your privacy is a fundamental human right. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application (the "Service").
1. Strict No-Logs Policy & Local Statistics
AXIS VPN operates under a strict No-Logs Policy. We do NOT track, collect, or store any information regarding your VPN activity. Any app usage metrics or statistical data are stored strictly on your local device. We do not process or store any statistical data on our servers. Specifically, we do not log:
- Your browsing history or websites visited
- Your traffic data or content
- Your original IP address
- Your DNS queries
- Your connection timestamps
2. Information We Do Collect
To operate the service effectively, we only collect the minimum required information:
Account Data:
If you register, we may collect your email address for account recovery and customer support.
Subscription Data:
In-app purchases are handled securely by Apple and our payment infrastructure provider (RevenueCat). We do not have access to your credit card information. We only store an anonymous user ID to verify your active subscription status.
Crash Reports (Optional):
If the app crashes, Apple may provide anonymized crash logs to help us fix the issue, provided you have opted-in to sharing analytics with developers on your iOS device.
3. How We Use Your Information
The minimal data we collect is used solely to:
- Verify your Premium subscription status.
- Provide customer support if you contact us.
- Maintain and improve the stability of the AXIS VPN app.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services which operate under their own privacy policies:
- Apple (App Store): For processing in-app purchases.
- RevenueCat: For managing subscription states and validating receipts.
None of these third parties have access to your VPN traffic or browsing activity.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (VLESS/Xray protocols) to secure your data while in transit. Our servers are secured and hardened against unauthorized access. Since we do not store logs, there is no browsing history to be compromised even in the event of a server breach.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location (such as under the GDPR or CCPA), you have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data. Because we do not store logs or identifying information beyond an email (if provided) and an anonymous purchase ID, we can easily delete your account upon request.
